Body material
Quality austenitic stainless steel 0.5mm or 0.6mm depending on the model, with a low carbon content AISI 201(18/1), resistant to corrosion and withstands short-term lifting temperatures up to 900 ° C.
Bottom technology
The capsule bottom uses two 0.5 mm aluminum plates and one 1.0 mm iron plate, whose structures are arranged in such a way that they are heated not only at the place of heating, but also distribute this heat over entire area. Therefore, the heat from the bottom spreads to all the sides of the pot evenly, maintaining the same temperature throughout the pot and making cooking food faster.
